Our mission

In 2021, our founders were building a startup and trying to hire their first ten engineers. They spent nights and weekends screening hundreds of résumés, scheduling calls, and writing the same rejection emails over and over. The best candidates slipped away while they were buried in busywork.

So they built a tool to do the heavy lifting — an AI that reads every application, interviews candidates fairly, and surfaces the handful worth the founder's time. What started as an internal hack became InstaHire.

Today, more than 10,000 companiesuse InstaHire to post roles in 60 seconds, screen applicants automatically, and make confident hires in days — not months. We're just getting started.
