These terms are a contract between you and InstaHire, Inc. By using our platform, you agree to them. We've written them to be readable — please reach out if anything is unclear.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using InstaHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using InstaHire on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
02Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@instahire.careers if you suspect unauthorized access.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse InstaHire. In particular, you will not:
- Post discriminatory job listings or violate any employment laws.
- Scrape, resell, or republish candidate data.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
- Upload malicious code or infringe others' intellectual property.
04Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you notice before any price change.
05Intellectual property
InstaHire and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
06Disclaimers and liability
InstaHire is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
07Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we'll handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
